  • "This challenge has been a game‑changer for me. I focused on completing the manuscript for my third book, and the structure and consistency of the challenge helped me finally get it done. I loved the gentle accountability, the momentum it created, and the supportive atmosphere. Because of it, I’ve not only finished my manuscript but also regained confidence and clarity in my writing rhythm.."

    — Bola

  • "It was a great experience where I came back to my discipline before COVID started! I currently working on my Family Enterprise podcast launch and this challenge helped me to enhance my efficiency and productivity! "

    - Raouda Sakour

  • "Reading has been an area I was never really keen on and I never prioritised. When this challenge came up I saw it as an opportunity to begin to take little steps on reading. I read 3 books and it's been an extremely rewarding challenge. It has built my interest, particularly as the days progressed, I kept the momentum through motivation from the group, the daily calls and being a part of group kept me accountable. This challenge has helped me in stretching myself and remain consistent in ways I wouldn't have been able to do on my own."

    — Yemisi

  • "My goal was to develop a daily writing habit instead of only writing when I had the time or when I remembered and both the challenge and the accountability group helped me develop the muscle of showing up that ended up transferring into daily exercise and other goals I did not know I was setting myself up to be able to be disciplined at just by joining the challenge! "

    —Nike

  • "This challenge was exactly what I needed to stay accountable and finally do something consistent for myself. My goal was to spend time at my craft table every day making hair bows, and not only did I stick to it, but I even started waking up earlier to spend time with God. Thank you for creating such a powerful system that truly helps build lasting habits. I will definitely refer to other people and continue with the challenge. I’ve seen so much growth already that I’m excited to continue the challenge and share it with others."

    - Nonye

  • "So far, this has been a truly rewarding experience for me. In the past, I made several attempts to wake up earlier and spend some quiet time in reflection, committing my day into God’s hands before the busyness of daily life took over but I struggled to stay consistent. Since joining in April, however, knowing that the “30 day challenge ladies” are there has really helped keep me accountable. It has made a difference between stopping me from hitting snooze on my 5:30 alarm. Thank you for creating such a powerful space for building positive habits. I’m now feeling motivated and excited to push myself even further."

    - Funmi

  • "...Two goals. 1. To exercise 10 minutes daily and to do my devotion consistently. Doing it at my own pace, time and then clocking in with the group worked for me. I’m now exercising minimum 10 minutes as much as possible and increased my exercise time. I’m also reading my bible regularly. I moved into journaling which I have also struggled to do. I’m journaling on my business. Would definitely do the challenge again."

    -Olufemi

  • "My goal was consistently praying in the morning. It helped me start my day in the presence of God and it set the tone for the rest of my day."

    - Mary

  • "The challenge has helped me to have a consistent early morning route and being able to have a structured goal ensuring I read a chapter of the book of proverb a day and working on my website for my agency."

    -Gbemi

  • "My experience for the 30days challenge has helped me to remain consistent towards achieving my goals daily and I'm super excited to be part of this group."

    - Moyo

  • "The last time I took this challenge, within 30 days I didn’t just complete two-thirds of a book I had been writing for over 7 months consistently (or so thought) without getting anywhere, but the daily momentum and intensified focus of the challenge became the catalyst to writing and self-publishing another book, and launching a business around it beyond those 30 days."

    -An author

  • "I started my IVF journey several years ago and I’ve been procrastinating on going back to the process after my child was born. When The Next 30 days challenge came around, I decided it was now or never. I made an appointment on the first day of the challenge and scheduled subsequent visits over the course of the 30 days. During the 2 week wait, the encouraging messages on the accountability group made me feel I was not alone. Now I’m on a new journey and it started with a 30-day challenge."
